Shipping & Returns

Thank you for shopping at BlackSmith Grooming Co., It is always our priority to make the ordering process as efficient as possible. A positive customer experience is our ultimate goal and our number one priority.

We process orders Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays, in the order in which they are received. Orders placed after 12:00 PM PST will not be processed until the next day. Orders placed on Saturday and Sunday will be processed on the following Monday. Once you place your order you will receive an order confirmation.

Our standard shipping carrier is USPS. We anticipate three to five business days for standard shipping. Please select the shipping option that best suits your delivery needs during checkout.

BlackSmith Grooming Co. currently ships to the Continental U.S., Alaska & Hawaii. Blacksmith does not ship to international addresses or APO/FPO addresses at this time.

In compliance with U.S. Department of Transportation rules, restricted items such as fragrance must be delivered via Standard ground shipping and cannot be shipped via 2nd day or Overnight. If 2nd Day or Overnight is selected upon check-out, you will be notified that if one or more of your products are not eligible, the entire order will be shipped via Standard Ground Shipping. Additionally, fragrances cannot be shipped to Alaska, Hawaii, P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses or US Territories including Puerto Rico, Guam, and the US Virgin Islands.

We’re confident you will be pleased with your BlackSmith Grooming Co. purchase. You may return any unopened and unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. You should expect to receive your refund within two weeks of BlackSmith Grooming Co. receiving your return to our the address shown below. Unfortunately, we cannot replace orders where the delivery address has been entered incorrectly by the customer placing the order. In this case, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. Please note the original shipping cost is non-refundable on returns.

Should you make an error when ordering from, we will gladly exchange your item for the item(s) you intended to purchase.  The returned items must be unopened and in its original salable condition.  The customer is responsible for the shipping and additional postage charges.
